The remakes of Pokemon Gold & Silver will be made exclusively for the Nintendo DS.
Time of Day uses the Nintendo DS's internal clock.
And the versions would be either:
- Rainbow Sky and Silver Sea
- Ho-Oh Rainbow and Lugia Silver
or - Rainbow and Platinum

Lugia and Ho-Oh first move is Whirlwind.
Their minimum level will stay at 40 because of the change of moves in Diamond and Pearl.

Lugia's Moves:
Level 1 - Whirlwind
Level 9 - Safeguard
Level 15 - Gust
Level 23 - Recover
Level 29 - Hydro Pump
Level 37 - Rain Dance
Level 43 - Swift
Level 51 - Nature Blessing
Level 57 - Ancient Power
Level 65 - Extrasensory
Level 71 - Punish
Level 79 - Future Sight
Level 85 - Aeroblast
Level 93 - Calm Mind
Level 99 - Sky Attack

Ho-Oh's Moves:
Level 1 - Whirlwind
Level 9 - Safeguard
Level 15 - Gust
Level 23 - Recover
Level 29 - Fire Blast
Level 37 - Sunny Day
Level 43 - Swift
Level 51 - Nature Blessing
Level 57 - Ancient Power
Level 65 - Extrasensory
Level 71 - Punish
Level 79 - Future Sight
Level 85 - Sacred Fire
Level 93 - Calm Mind
Level 99 - Sky Attack

If you like the 2nd Gen Remake idea, I suggest you to wait until the end of 2007 maybe or early 2008.
