Come posso migliorare i miei due team competitivi?

Il primo l'utilizzo per le lotte UO anche se è praticamente tutto UU ma amo gallade (per quanto non sia fortissimo) e volevo assolutamente usarlo, per questo non ho particolari problemi vinco 8/9 partite su 10.

Era giusto per provare mega ampharos, a mio avviso manca un altro attaccante fisico. Mi sto trovando benissimo con yanmega (messo per curiosità) e spesso fa fuori tranquillamente 2/3 pokemon avversari prima di morire.
